We’ve put together some helpful tips to make using the OCS Professional website as easy as possible.
1 / Trouble logging in? Check the website you’re using
If your password isn’t being recognised or you’re having difficulty logging in, one common reason is accessing the wrong OCS Professional website. Please note that there are two separate sites:
US: www.ocsprofessional.com (you're on the US site now)
Please make sure you’re using the correct website for your country. If the wrong site is saved in your favourites or on your home screen, we recommend deleting it and saving the correct one instead.
Tip: If your phone or tablet automatically fills in a saved password, check that it isn’t an old or incorrect one. You may need to delete any saved passwords for the OCS site and manually re-enter your correct login details.
2 / Save the OCS Professional website for easy access /
Once you’ve logged in successfully, you can save the website to your desktop or home screen for quick access.
On a computer (desktop), using Google Chrome / Open your google chrome browser and go to the correct OCS Professional website, then log in. Click the three dots in the top-right corner, select Cast, Save and Share, choose Save Page As, select Desktop, and click Save.
On a computer (desktop), using Microsoft Edge / Open your Microsoft Edge browser and go to the correct OCS Professional website, then log in. Click the three dots in the top-right corner, select more tools, then choose Save Page As, select Desktop, and click Save
On a MacBook (desktop), using Safari / Open Safari, go to the correct OCS Professional website then log-in. Click on the Share button, select Add to Dock, rename the shortcut and click add.
On an iPhone / Open your browser and go to the correct OCS Professional website then log-in. Tap the Share button, select Add to Home Screen, rename the shortcut if you wish, and tap Add. The website will then appear on your home screen alongside your other apps.
On an Android / Open your browser and go to the correct OCS Professional website then log-in. Click on the three-dot menu and select ‘Add to Home Screen’. Rename the shortcut if you wish, and tap Add.
3 / Baskets
Please note that your basket will not expire as long as you continue using the same device and web browser. Any items you add will remain in your basket until you remove them.
Before beginning each order, we recommend reviewing your basket and removing any unwanted items, as all items remaining in the basket will be included at checkout. This helps ensure your order is exactly as you expect. If you switch to a different device or web browser, any previously added items will unfortunately not be saved.
Tip: If you are using Apple Pay to pay for your order, please ensure the address on is changed to match the shipping address on your order. Sometimes your Apple Pay billing address can override the shipping address stated in the order.
