USA shipping /
- We deliver to all 50 US states and will ship your order within 24 hours via UPS (The US Postal Service). Please allow 2-5 days for delivery and up to 7 days for PST.
- We offer free shipping on orders over $750. Orders below this will be charged $10 in EST and CST and $15 in MST and PST. Exceptions: shipping and handling to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico will be quoted on a case by case basis.
- All items are subject to availability.
- PO Boxes, Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office addresses are not accepted.
- Your personal details are held securely and we will not pass them onto other organisations.

All returns are accepted at the discretion of Herb UK. To request a return, please contact the Customer Service team using the below details:

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact the Customer Service team to report the issue within 14 days of receiving the order. Please do not dispose of the original item until the complaint has been reported to us.
If you wish to return any items because you have changed your mind, this is accepted at Herb UK’s discretion on a case-by-case basis. If you receive Return Authorisation after contacting the Customer Service team, you are responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us at your own cost. Returns will only be accepted for items in current packaging which are less than 2 years from the date of manufacture and are received in an unused and resaleable condition. A 20% admin fee will be deducted from the final total after Quality Assurance testing has taken place. A credit for the remaining total will then be issued to your account.
Credit notes and shipping charges are non-returnable and non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For high-value returns, it is advisable to use a trackable shipping service. Herb UK does not accept any liability for returned items lost or damaged in transit.
Exchanges
If you have ordered an incorrect item, the fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to confirm if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please be aware that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
